Warranty Information

LIMITED WARRANTY Randolph Engineering, Inc. warrants its eyewear against breakage caused by defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of consumer purchase and, at its option, will repair or replace any such eyewear without charge during that period. Randolph Engineering, Inc., at its option, will repair or replace any broken solder joints on its metal frame eyewear throughout the lifetime of the product. For warranty service work, simply send your Randolph Engineering product together with proof of purchase date and pre-paid postage to: Randolph Engineering, Inc. • 26 Thomas Patten Drive • Randolph, MA • 02368 • USA. Randolph Engineering, Inc. will pay the return postage and effect repairs or replacement, at its option, without charge if within warranty coverage at time period. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED ON THE FACE HEREOF. Any consumer warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which are not disclaimed under the foregoing language are conditioned on normal consumer use and do not cover damage which occurs beyond the point of manufacture, or failure which results from alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
