The powerful, ultra-lite Neodymium speakers produce a richer, smoother frequency response for both voice and music. The powerful magnetic core and diaphragm provide high sensitivity and optimized response.
The speaker, a thin lightweight 4/10th's of an ounce, reduces headset weight for added comfort. Handily beats a David Clark
When my 14 year old AvComm 900 finally died, I decided to “step up” to a David Clark H10-13.4. At the same time I ordered this AvComm 900HD for my wife, as she was resistant to spending the extra for another DC. The DC let through so much low frequency noise i found it hard to concentrate. This 900HD feels light and comfortable and blows the DC out of the water for noise attenuation. The sound quality is clear and crisp. The DC, by comparison, was high pitched and tinny sounding, and speech was difficult to understand. I sent back the DC and ordered myself another AvComm. I’m using my wife’s till mine arrives. To top it off, by doing so we saved a ton of money.
